Committed employees are the key to success.


In today’s very dynamic and often fast-moving world, it is a challenge to keep loyal and committed employees in the company permanently and for the long term. In the course of this, it is particularly important for us to offer ideal working conditions, to value our employees and to create a feel-good working environment in which everyone can use their personal strengths and develop their potential. That is why we are extremely pleased that Adam Barta is already celebrating his 5th anniversary as an employee with us this month.

We took this happy event as an opportunity to ask Adam a few questions about his time at Dinotronic AG:


How would you Describe your Job At a Party?

Head of Marketing is a versatile job, requires independent work and offers me a lot of freedom in shaping my everyday life – both business and private. My job is largely to communicate the added value of our solutions and services to our (potential) customers through various channels. This is an extremely exciting, but also challenging task, as unfortunately IT is often still seen mainly as a cost factor. I would like to change this view.

What is the First Thing that comes to your Mind about Dinotronic as an Employer?

Dinotronic is a very modern employer with contemporary employment conditions. The management of the employees is mainly based on trust instead of control. As an employee, you feel valued and good performance is rewarded. The company is also very generous in promoting and supporting further training.

What have you likes most about your years at Dinotronic?

What I like most about my job is the variety. No two days are the same. Since day 1, my new ideas have always fallen on open ears, which I appreciate incredibly much. This allows me to constantly broaden my horizons, to reinvent myself again and again and thus to constantly develop myself. Another point I would like to emphasise is the pleasant and very collegial cooperation with all employees, including the management.
