Drahtzug, founded on November 16, 1925 under the name "Hilfe für ältere Arbeitsfähige Zürich", is committed to helping people with mental disabilities. They offer work and training places, a supervised home and a valuable daily structure to enable affected people to participate in society, promote individual strengths and give pleasure. They also operate as a successful production and service company for commercial customers and are proud to generate real added value with their services.
Drahtzug was forced to update its outdated and unreliable IT infrastructure. Particular attention was paid to improving the security of sensitive and special personal data. In addition, there was a need for secure, location-independent access to all data and applications without increasing maintenance and support costs.
